Request Cancellation
Requests can be dropped whenever before they are dispatched with no additional expenses. To drop the request, if it’s not too much trouble mail us at care@handsofcraft.com. We can’t drop the request once it has been dispatched.
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed/shipped from our Warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Please contact us at care@handsofcraft.com for cancellation.
Above strategies don’t make a difference on hand-painted artistic creations/Custom Orders. The entirety of the hand-painted/custom items are non-refundable and non-interchangeable. For undoing of hand painted things, call/keep in touch with us inside 48 hrs. No crossing out will be made past that.
Custom Product Order
Custom items are the items those are made on your solicitation, aside from other accessible items on site. On such item arranges COD won’t be relevant. Such requests are non-refundable, non-cancelable and can’t be exchanged. They must be supplanted if there should be an occurrence of in-right item or harmed item got.
Mass Orders
All the requests having esteem more than INR 20,000 goes under mass request class. For mass requests above return and discount arrangements are not material. Mass requests are not refundable in any situation, just inadequate things or harmed things independently can be supplanted. Mass requests may set aside some additional effort to deliver contingent upon the volume. The conveyance time will be affirmed by our group at the hour of request affirmation.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under ‘edit or change order’ option that is available under ‘Order History’ section or simply Email us with your order number & updated address.
How do I cancel my Order?
Tap on “Order History” section under the main menu of your Website/M-site after logging in to your account and press on “edit or cancel order” and then select the item or order you want to cancel
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
